These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) set forth the conditions of use for individuals (the “Users”) who use the services “Gurutto Iwaki”, “Gurutto Iwaki LIFE”, “Gurutto Koriyama”, and “Gurutto Aizu” provided by Gurutto Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Service”). Notices and precautions regarding the Service (collectively, the “Notices”) are also included in these Terms. Users must consult, understand, and agree to these Terms before using the Service.

◆About the Service

1. When using the Service, Users shall, at their own expense and responsibility, prepare equipment such as communication devices, software, and network environment.
2. The Service consists of providing information through “Gurutto Iwaki”, “Gurutto Iwaki LIFE”, “Gurutto Koriyama”, and “Gurutto Aizu” (hereinafter the “Site”), as well as providing other information.
3. The contents of the Service may be changed at any time without prior notice, and even if any disadvantage or damage arises to Users due to changes in the contents of the Service, the Secretariat shall bear no responsibility.

◆Copyright
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the content posted on the Site (including related information such as descriptions and keywords attached to the content) belong to Gurutto Co., Ltd., and Users shall not infringe these rights.
Use of the content by other companies requires permission from our company.
It is prohibited to use content posted on the Site without our prior permission or beyond the scope of permission granted by us.
If content is used without our prior permission, the relevant User shall pay us an image usage fee (10,000 yen per item excluding tax) and compensate for any and all damages suffered by the photographer and the subject (including litigation costs and attorneys’ fees).
 

◆Prohibited Matters
In using the Service, Users must not engage in the following acts.

1. Acts of falsifying or deleting information provided by the Service, or acts that may result in such falsification or deletion.
2. Acts that cause or may cause disadvantage to the Secretariat or third parties.
3. Acts that infringe or may infringe the copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of the Secretariat or third parties.
4. Acts of defaming or slandering the Secretariat or third parties and damaging their honor or credibility.
5. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service by any means.
6. Criminal acts or acts that lead to criminal acts.
7. Acts of impersonating a third party to use the Service.
8. Acts of reproducing, copying, storing, or transmitting the contents of the Service without authorization.
9. Acts that are or may be contrary to public order and morals, laws, or other ethical standards.
10. Acts of using information provided by this Service for commercial purposes without authorization.
11. Any other acts that the Secretariat deems inappropriate in this Service.

• While we strive to provide users with accurate information at all times through this Service, the Secretariat makes no guarantees regarding its content, etc.
• The Secretariat assumes no responsibility for any loss, etc. resulting from third parties’ tampering with information stored in facilities for this Service by the Secretariat or by users, or with information whose storage by a third party has been approved.
